cannot login in mcp website

  Hi,

  Sometimes there can be a problem with MCP ID and access code. I think you would have recieved an email from Microsoft Certification regarding the MCP ID and its access code. Are you copying and pasting it exactly and then signing in through your live id registered with MCP account? If not do the same very accurately. If you are doing everything right and still not able to log in the site here is the link

  just contact the regional education service centre in your region with your name, mcp id (entire email with access code you can copy paste), exam taken, scan copy of that marksheet from prometric and email them. They will send you your new access code in two or three business days. Also dont forget to describe your entire problem what you are facing while logging in the site.
