Locked Public IM don't work

    Hi,

    Remote Acces and Federation is working, but Public IM is not working against any of the 3 providers (MSN, Yahoo and AOL)

    Microsoft validated Public IM provisioning is done.

    I can telnet to federation.messenger.msn.com, lcsap.msg.yahoo.com and sip.oscar.alo.com on port 5061 with success.

    The Edge Server has these OCS Protocol Stack errors
