OCS Group Chat server folder share

Hi,
Recently we have installed the OCS 2007 R2 servers with enterprise edition. We have deployed front end servers, CWA, Monitoring servers, currently we are now deploying the Group Chat server. The Group Chat server is installed properly. But here is the question when we deploy, there is a Web Service Settings which is to "specify the root directory used to store files uploaded by any instance of the Web service".
Currently we set the Shared folder \\server\gcshare with Folder permissions to Everyone as Modify rights, and the NTFS security also set to Everyone as Modify rights. I noticed that it works fine. However, is there any guideline that we can control and set to "minimum" security as this should be a concern from my clients.
Regards,
Timothy Lau

Hi,
We are not using the compliance for Group Chat. This is juz the normal Group Chat share folder. May I know what kind of privilege you have setup for the systems?

Tim

This share also seems to be require when uploading files and is used by the GC Webservices.
We also have everyone with modify permissions. So that are the required permissions.
