BaseCrmIdentity.RecognizeCrmUser() error

  I have a client who is connecting to Dynamics though an AD/NTLM connection to a WSDL and we are getting the following error:

  Server was unable to process request. : BaseCrmIdentity.RecognizeCrmUser() was called on an instance that already has an UserId.

  Any idea on what this could mean?
