I have a problem.one user was created in CRM he can't see personal views and shared view. after we installed Rollup 8 and restart server.he can see personal view and can't see shared views. what can i do?
I suspect, You should have a look at roles and rights on "Saved views" in any role he assigned. Might be having some user level restriction.
