  Hi Palak

  Is there more infoirnation available on using the Events entity and mail merges, printing off of labels etc.  We have a new CRM 2011 installation with the Portal, but information from the downloads appears sparse.

  Hey Gary,

  We don't have specific information on that in the portals since the portals didn't add any functionality around mail merge and label printing. Have you looked through the CRM documentation?
