    hi
    i could not open pages in firefox.i did their diagnosis in mozilla page and found that it works when i change the name to firefox1 or something else.they said it means that some malware are has targeted it.but my spybot and avast home edn don't detect anything.can anyone help

    Check whether work offline is not checked.
    try "hijackthis" software, it is a good tool to diagnos for spywares, malware, adware, etc etc.
