    Unfortunately, both the installed copies of Windows XP Professional and Microsoft Office Professional 2003 are counterfeit and thus non-genuine.  You'll need to purchase a genuine "Full Version" edition of Windows and perform a "clean install".  Genuine Microsoft software is available for purchase from the Microsoft Store.

    For what version and edition of Windows is your computer licensed, according to the COA sticker on the case? (if there is one - the motherboard appears to be a retail one)
    You have significant file corruption problems - leading to the conclusion that not only is the Key blocked, but that attempts have been made to circumvent activation.
    The result is likely to be a system which is vulnerable to malware, and may be insecure.
