In Windows Live OneCare, why am I NOT able to turn the virus and spyware monitoring ON?
When I click the "Turn On" button, it does nothing.
The exact message is:
"Windows Live OneCare Action Required" "Urgent" "Turn On Virus and Spyware Monitoring"
When I click the "Turn On" button, it does nothing. Strangely, when I reboot, it sometimes (20% of the time) turns ON the virus and spyware monitoring.
How do you recommend that I make sure the virus and spyware is working properly?
