  I am having similar problems trying to install Beta 2.0.
  It's like being a fart in a bottle, going round and round in circles.
  Restarting(5 times), reinstalling (5 times). Trying the cleanup tools (one care cleanup.exe), trying the fix up tools (fixcompleteinst.exe) making IE7 my default browser.
  I have no other firewalls, or anti virus programs, because I was happily going along with One Care 1.6, until I thought I'd take up the challenge of Beta 2.0.
  I get only 3 bars of progress on the "downloading & installing" window, when I get the perrenial
  go-round-in-a-circle message "Error ID : 0017-80072EFE"
  There MUST be a better way. No newbie would put up with it.

  I moved both of your posts to the beta folder for install and activate.

  Is this problem still happening for you? There was a problem reported last night with the download by many in the forums and it sounds like you may have been at the tail end of it.

  I'm still getting this issue, I have run all the suggested trouble shooting steps and still no luck.
