    Our testing environment of PS2010 and SP2010 was upgraded with SP1 and October CU update. After that the existing workflow start breaking with following error:
    Load Workflow Assembly: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'BihConsumerInterop, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=48e046c834625a88' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.  File name: 'BihConsumerInterop, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=48e046c834625a88'
