Max. number of business drivers for prioritization

Hi everyone,

Just came across what seems to be a limitation of the number of business drivers you can compare against each other in one prioritization:

Does anyone know if there is any way of altering/increasing this limitation? We would like to compare a total of 19 drivers against each other in a single prioritization.

You can do multiple prioritizations....or just do the driver prioritization offline in Excel and import the values as custom driver prioritization. I documented the math in a couple of white papers and/or blogs...

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for your reply and for the link to your white paper. It's very good by the way and I already read it a few months back. :)

Multiple prioritizations will not do the trick as it is only possible to select one prioritization per portfolio analysis, right?. In this case we wouldn't be able to take into account all business drivers for a portfolio analysis which we absolutely need.

Where in the white paper can I find more information about prioritizing the drivers in Excel and then pushing that information back to Project Server? I can't seem to find it.
