    Cannot save a project back to the server.  The error message was The project could not be saved to the server.  Please retry saving the project.  If the probelm persists, save the project as a MPP file and contact your system administrator.  The PM tried re-saving the project as suggested and it created the same error message.  We are using Project Server 2007.......any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello Terri

    Start off and check all your log files.  Log files found in SharePoint Log , SQL server log files and  Windows Events.  There are clues that you need to help narrow done the reason.

    Also, is it just for this person? workstation? or Project?.  Does the problem happend for other users, workstations and projects.
