Hope you can help me with this one.
At the moment we have a workflow setup for one of our departments.
They complain about a very simple issue which is, if they are in a call and their presence change to busy there still come incoming calls.
All of them use communicator 2007 R2 client. Not the attendant.
Is there any way to block multiple incoming calls? So if they are in a call, communicator shouldnt allow a second call to come through.
