Speech Server Beta versus OCS Beta

What is the difference between the two beta downloads below?
Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 Speech Server Public Beta found at:
This on has access to SpeechServer.exe, TIMC.exe, and the language packs.
Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 Public Beta found at:
This one has access to the msi installs for OCS SE, OCS EE, and communicator
I was under the impression that the Speech Server beta was now the OCS beta.
I am planning on installing the speech server onto a server with out the dev tools, and using another server for the ss dev tools.
Which download do I use? I can always do the old trial and error...

Same Beta program, different downloads.
If you want Speech Server, use the first link.

Ahmed,
We are currently testing on the last beta refresh of Speech Server 2007 before it was merged into OCS.
Thanks for your input. That was to be my first try.
