If a thread is 'Locked', and as a Moderator, I desire to MERGE it with another thread, it is necessary to first 'Unlock' the thread, 'Merge' the Threads, and then "Lock' the Thread again.
As a Moderator, I want to be able to MERGE a Locked Thread without so much 'hassle'. MERGE should [Unlock] and [Merge] when a Locked thread or post is merged with an unlocked thread.
You may be only one person in the world, but you may also be the world to one person.
