MSE setup.zip, is this an authentic thing to download?

Last month (April 2012) this MSE box came up and it said these 3 things were detected and MSE said I should "clean" the PC.
Trojan-PSW.Win32launch
HackTool:Win32/Welevate.A
Adware.Win32.Fraud
When I hit "clean" the first time (in April) these came up it went to either "run", "save" or "cancel" the following: setup.zip and then defendteststability.info
I didn't "run", "save" or "cancel" because I didn't know if it was anything authentic to do with MSE in April. PC seemed fine as usual.
Today, May 6, 2012 the same MSE box came up with the same 3 issues, but this time when I hit "clean" the following came up for me either "run", "save", "cancel":
setup.zip and then wreckdetectioninspection.info
I don't know whats goping on here, if this is authentic from MSE or what. The only thing my MSE ever picked up and it got cleaned was: Rogue:JS/FakePAV, MSE said it was a "trojan".
Can someone tell me anything about this? I have Windows Vista Home Basic, PC is 2 years old, I believe it's 32 bit, I use IE9 and I really don't have any issues going on, but if this MSE advisory to clean these is real I need to know.
Thanks
