    Tbot started sending some type of coded numbers.  I deleted and then re-added as contact. Now it does not show up as online for 2 days now.

    Also for about 2 months all the instructions are in foreign language (I think russian)

    Hi iluvit,

    Tbot is online; I just talked to Tbot 5 minutes ago.  Try again. 

    Regarding your issue of "Tobt started sending some type of coded numbers"....if/when you see this happening next time, type "Tbot?", so that you can reset the source and the target languages.   I’ve run into this issue before and resetting the source and the target languages should work.  Hope that this is helpful.  Thanks.  Takako (Microsoft Translator Team)
