Bing Translator and Trados Studio

Hi there,
I use SDL Trados Studio 2009 for (professional) translation and used Google Translation as a plug-in. Since Google started charging money I am looking for a similar free plug-in and saw a few articles on the use of Bing Translator with Trados Studio. However, no description to be found anywhere on how to make the connection between Bing Translator and Trados Studio.
Is this connection possible? If so, how would you make this connection? Any description somewhere?
