how to Populate data from a combo on ms access form

I would like to populate a combo box on a form with a
query . when the field is selected from combo, I want the coresponding other 5 data to be populated
I have 2 tables linked in ms access query. I want on the form is when a user select a data fromthe combo, I want the rest of the data from to be displayed automatically(populate) on the form in ms access
Please help me with codes or any procedure to do this?
