Need help with help for Office 2007/Vista

24 august 2008 19:25I installed Office 2007 and Outlook 2007 and I have never been able to access the help option. When I open it, it will pop up that it is configuring and goes through all the motions and tells me that I have to reboot and that no help found for my problem. I reboot and it does the same thing again. Where should this be posted, where I might have a snowball's chance of getting an answer.
