Help - Windows 7 Starter

11 noiembrie 2009 18:55I purchased a netbook w/ Windows 7 starter and I am hearing it does not have a media player (can't run my external DVD player). Is this true?
If I upgrade to the full Windows 7, will my netbook run slow (it has a 1GB of memory)?

Windows 7 Starter have Windows Media Player. Windows 7 Starter have not Windows Media Center.
But there is a limitation to play original DVD movies discs (DVD-Video format).
Upgrade to highest edition of Windows 7 does not consume so more many RAM, Home Basic or Home Premium will be fine, it depends on your using your system (running programs and so).
