how to transfer title for Microsoft Office to my parents?

I purchased Microsoft Office 2007 Pro, and installed my previous version Microsoft Office 2003 Pro, on my parents pc. They now get a message saying it is not a Genuine Microsoft Office product.
The version I purchased was a new, full version, not an upgrade, and the Office 2003 version was also a full version, and not an upgrade.
Please advise what step(s) are required to validate the product.

From your parents' computer, please go to the Office section of this forum http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/genuineoffice/threads, read the announcement regarding running the mgadiagnostics utility, and follwo the directions.
