Microsoft Lifecam 3.0

  I had the lifecam installed on my computer, i recently had to recover my pc.  now that the pc is working again i cannot find the lifecam and when i try to reinstall it, it goes about halfway through the prossess and comes up with an error, "Setup cannot continue because an unexpected error has occurred. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/953691", how do i fix this and install my cam?
