Problem with parser.xml

  Hello

  I am presently taking an online class for NW205 Windows Server 2008 AD DS, I have been able to access the URl, enter the access code, create a Windows Live ID, and sign in. When I go to the my learning portal to launch the class, I have a problem the viewer loading, because of something called parser.xml. I am enrolled in an online class for Information Technology, and I need to be able to use this program to complete my class. Please help!!!
