      Hi Don,

      Currently the answer is, "No."  Being able to use Live Mesh without UAC enabled has been a very popular request, however, and the team is at present testing a UAC-less version with Vista SP1.  We hope to have that fix in soon.  You may also wish to take a look at our UAC blog post.
