500Mhz Tablet with MOC?

  I have done some initial testing for a client on a device that squeaks by the minimum requirements. IM works great. However, voice, the desired result, doesn't. I've thought about setting the bandwidth GPO, but the issue seems to be processor and not bandwidth. The processor gets pegged when escalating to voice and isn't acceptable.

   

  Ideas?
