Deployment Validation Tool Install Problem

  I have the Deployment Validation Tool (DVT) organizer installed on a server,
  along with agents installed on two clients.  One both the server and the
  clients I see the following message in the Office Communications Server Event
  Viewer, repeated every minute.

  Event Category: (1050)
  Event ID: 51019
  Date: 11/25/2008
  Time: 17:37:24
  User: N/A
  Computer: Computer1
  Description:
  The service wasn't able to register with focus. It will attempt to
  reregister automatically.
  
  Service : Organizer, URI: ocsdvtorganizeruser@company.com
  Cause: This might be due to a configuration error, or due to network or
  focus problems.
  Resolution:
  Please check the configuration of the service including the account
  credentials used to register with focus.

  In addtion, in the DVT Admin console, I have the two agents added, but they
  always show as Offline.
  
  Any ideas?
