    Hi,

    I need to create an application that popups a window in CRM application with caller's telephone number prefilled when a call gets established with a user connected to OCS2007.

    I know destination numbers. I have to monitor calls comming to these destination numbers through OCS2007. I guess I should subscribe for telephony events somehow.

    Could you please explain in few words what actions I need to undertake and which API I should use.

    Both server-side and client-side solutions are of interest for me.

      I'm not a programmer, but I guess that the OCS Proxy (Application Proxy) will offer you a shortcut to achieve your goal. Please read Jens Trier Rasmussen Statement here: http://forums.microsoft.com/unifiedcommunications/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=3382988&SiteID=57

       

      It seems that this Role has some interfaces that will offer you the needed information in a transparent way.
