Public IM IP Addresses to lock down on firewall

We are doing LCS 2005 SP1 Public IM and my security admin was wanting to know if we can restrict the inbound connections on port 5061 to only the IP addresses necessary to communicate with AOL, Yahoo and MSN/Microsoft. Is there a list of these anywhere for this purpose?

This is the only official list I've ever found: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/897567/en-us
It's entitled for LCS but the Last Review data is current, so MS may still be updating the article.

Keep in mind that public IM networks sometimes change their IP addresses. See the following:
You'll want to watch this closely. MS usually releases some type of communication when this happens.
