i gave some basic training how to use crm 2011 to end users. So i created several organizations for training purposes.

Each one of the end users had one organization. When they tried to create entity "testing" in their organization, it was created successfully. But when some of them wanted to add new record, it came to error :

    Record is unavailable.
The requested record is not found. or you do not have sufficient permission to view it.

they logged in as system administrator.

After did some searching i found out that

"In conclusion, It appears that if you create two entities in separate tenants with the same name in CRM2011, the server cannot locate the form in the correct tenant......"

And i managed to solve this problem by simply ask them to use different names when creating entity.

Any one know about this issue or may be ms crm 2011 have any update roll for that ?

    thank you

I don't have an answer for you but I can confirm that I have had exactly the same issue. I last tested this with UR 3 and still had the problem. I now that UR4 is now available but have not yet tested.

Can you clarify your scenario? I am assuming you are using the Crm OnPremise deployment. Do the users you mentioned have the same CRM user accounts in different organizations?

    Thanks,

    Mike

Yes, i am using CRM OnPremise Deployment.

And all the users have the same CRM user accounts in different organizations.

(i only create one user in AD. the users use that account in a different organizations)

    thanks Mike.

Did you ever get this figured out?  I have one user that is having this problem with her activities after an upgrade.
