    Hi,

    I am trying to Install Dynamics CRM 4.0 Enterprise edition on top of Win 2003 Enterprise Edition server, but when I enter the License key it throws the following error

    "The application or Dll C:\Documents and settings\Admini~1.OAS\LOCALS~1\Temp\1\MSCRM_{EE...}\Server\bin\PidGen.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

    Please let me know what might be causing this error.

    Try creating another installation account with a new profile and see if you reveive the same error.

    Hi. I'm receiving the same error. I'm installing CRM 3.0 on a Windows Server 2003 SBS using Virtual PC 2007.

    What do you mean by "installation account?" Do you mean a new Windows User account? I'll try that and post my result for the community.
