I am deploying CRM for my company. After installing Window Server 2003, SQL Server 2005, Exchange Server 2003 on same Server.
I created one account on Window AD, set up this mailbox for this account on Exchange.
From Client (same Domain with Server & can ping to Server), using MS Outlook 2003 SP2 to set up (first time) for this account. But I reveived the announcement: "Can not connet to Exch Server..check the networking connection....Exchange Server is unavailable....."
I think you would have better luck getting help with this from one of the Outlook or Exchange user groups. If none of the clients can connect to the Exchange server then I suspect the server is down for some reason. Perhaps the services are not started. Perhaps the datastore is not mounted. You need to usee the Exchange Service Manager to examine this things.
