issue withh tracking token

  hello guys

  in my mail i created a tracking token that is(crm:0001001)

  when i sent an a email the token will create its working fine

  but my requirement is when i sent an email from the record, tracking token along with  record id should be record in the subject line  (crm :0001001 raj) raj is the name of record

  because if there is any mismatch in tracking token that can be identify with the record name

  guys if have any idea please help me
