    I want to import "windows contacts" to "CRM contacts", but I can't find any solution for that!! Do you know any solution ?!

    Can I give help from Outlook contact list? (import in that and then import from outlook to CRM , or anything  else!)

    Hi Sarah,

    You can export the Windows Contacts as CSV file and import it into CRM.

    Go to the Contact area and select Import Data

    Then click on the Import Data menu item.

    CRM will show the import dialog. All you need to do is to go through the process.

    Hi Dimaz,

    You're right .

    I did that, but for unknown problem I couldn't see these contacts in my CRM! (of course I selected "active contacts" after importing) so I looked for another solution.

    However, It work finally!
