IMPLEMETING A NEW CTI CONENCTION FOR CCA

  Hi all,

  I installed the Agent Desktop in a window 7 32 bits, and I successfully run the demo using the instructions in the UII development guide.

  Now, if I need to connect the CCA to another CTI platform like cisco what I need to do. I ask this question because the CCA project is very complicated to understand, ist hard to me to understand the relation between ctihostedcontrol, the ctiroot… and all those projects. I want to know what I need to do, what I need to implement to be able to connect my CCA to CTI platform.
