    I too can't dowload Fix it Center for windows xp sp3. I get msg The windows Live Network is unavailable from the Windows Live sign in for the following reason: the site may be experiencing a problem or site may not be a member of the Windows Live Network.. I am advised to sign in at other sites on the windows live network.

    I have logged into Hotmail...but am still unable to download Fix it Ctr.  All my updates are current.  So what do i do so i can download Mr fix it?

    We made the mistake of attempting to download IE 8, AND THEN IT ALL BECAME BROKE!  This has Window Installer rendered totally dysfunctional, now error message says Windows Installer is improperly installed.  Amazing thing, we did not uninstall; and now it can't be fixed, nor re-installed;or repaired.......... We also can't open IE EXPLORER Browser!  Good thing Firefox 14.0 still work, Google Chrome 20.0, & Opera 12 all work fine.. we've tried every suggestion offered, to no avail!  Still have a big mess and no obvious action being taken.  Fix-it Center is broken<we have used this before, and were very satisfied with results..........Now-it seems to not function?
