Using same License, in 2 OSes thats in the same machine ?

  Hi guys,

  
  

  Im using many MS apps that i downloaded from my MSDNAA account. Im using them currently With Windows 7 Pro.

  But Im also having XP installed in a different HDD thats in the same machine which I already have Windows 7.

  
  

  I want to install and activate the following Products inside XP thats already been activated in Windows 7

  Visual Studio 2008

  SQL Server

  Expression Web

  
  

  Can I use the same key to activate these ? If Ido will i get my apps blacklisted ?
