  Hello bubba1935,

  When the WGA program first started, someone ordering a WGA Kit would get an email and a product key almost immediately, and the disc would arrive 4-6 weeks later via USPS.

  I don't recall that they ever provided customers with a tracking number.

  What information was provided when you placed your order?  Did you get an acknowledgement email with your product key?  Did the email have any info about when and how the disc was to be shipped?
