  I found my e-mail  blocked yesterday without any warning!!!!

  
  

  to unblock,you sent a code to an e-mail that has not been used for years as you should know, so how do I get the code???

  
  

  then I recieved a email in [redacted] to reset my password in the blocked email ??? but when I go in it it changed the password to [redacted]

  
  

  can you correct this asap because I have folders on my email that I need 

  
  

  I'm not very happy about the way this is handled,not even a warning of the account problem
