     a few months ago , i reinstalled vista and when activation it said that my key is already in use, regarding i am not installing it on other pc, i activated over phone.

    how to retrieve activation using my genuine key.

    please notify me over email about solution

    Hello abdeenamr,

     If the product key is only being used in one computer The message 'key is already in use' just means you need to activate by phone. No other solution is required.
