Locked Install provider gets stuck on determining disk space

    Has anyone had issues with not being able to get past the Determining disk space requirements portion of the ERP provider install?  It never finishes.  If I click the return button, I get into a loop where I click Install and then it tries to determine disk space again.

    Hi Mark,

     This is an issue with protected directories. Try copying the files from your desktop to a C:\Temp folder and try again.
