  I asked this question some time ago(1), but had never got a answer.

  Yes, I read the post "FAQ: How to make your site indexed by Microsoft Academic Search
  none". Until now my site is indexed by Bing, but not MSA.
  
  So, is it possible or not to add an OAI-PMH institutional repository?
  
  I think that is a very simple question to answer.
