Unanswered Check Printing Problem

    All of a sudden, i am having problems printing checks.  When I enter a new check in the register, I put the P for print this transaction in the check number field but the "things to do"--print checks --no longer comes up on the left, unless I create a second check .   I am using windows 7 professional and i do have two separate accounts in money---mine and my wife's../  I've been using it sucessfully for years----10 or more years, with no problems.
