Windows 7 Screen Problem. Static? (video)

  I recently been having this weird static on my screen.  It was fine for the 6-7 months I've had windows 7 on it. I tried restoring it, and updating drivers, but nothing seems to work.  I've searched the internet for other people with this problem, but can't seem to find any.  Help please!
