Excel 2007 Duplicate cells

  Hi, I don’t know how to create a formula to do the sample below. Any help will be appreciating?

   Compare cells G and H with cell E if duplicates are found with different E values leave alone, if duplicate are found but with a unique values on column E cut the entire line and past into a new worksheet?

  Example:

  Column E = Branch

  Column G = Sales Order

  Column H = Line

  The sample that is going to be cut and past is going to be SO 92349
