Migration - 2008 Std to SBS 2008

I have a client that is running standard server 2008. Their existing server is outdated and we have just supplied them with a new Dell PowerEdge R510 with small business server 2008 on it. I want to migrate everything onto the new SBS box (AD, Exchange, etc.) and not have to change or rejoin the workstations to the domain. Is this possible from std to sbs?
