Outlook 2007 and 2010 version cache mode issue

  Our organization using outlook 2007and 2010 version in configured cache mode with Exchange Server 2007 SP1. recenty one mailbox have issue can not access via IMAP4 so administrator disabled on that mail. Then restored mailbox from backup server to its. After that client from outlook can not send mail to this mailbox will error can not resloved address name. So I have to try disabled cache mode in Outlook then it's OK ,

  How should I do clear cached all of company round 200 users. ??

  can I managed on  Exchange side ??
