Auto Generate ID for infopath form

  hi all,
  
  i have created an infopath which have one request no. field and it will auto increment when click on add new item on sharepoint Form library.

  What I am trying to achieve is the following:

  When a user create new form, the form will generate a sequential  Reference Number and populate a field in the form, then the form is added to the sharepoint form library and saved with a filename that incorporates the generated Ref Number. Ideally I would want the generated reference numbers to run sequentially from and in the format of "Q20110001".

  Any help you you could give would be great as I am tearing my hair out at the moment.
