20 กรกฎาคม 2553 21:42my old Vista pc crashed, so i bought a new one with Windows 7. I need OneCare to reinstall my backed up items, but OneCare says my OS is not compatable. What can I do?

One Care cannot be installed on Windows 7 but you can use the One Care backup restore tool to restore your backups - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecarebackupandrestore/thread/e5d686c8-762b-4b22-bc08-bfb93f911e57
